These are fantastic folks to deal with. You are treated exactly as you would liket o be treated. I bought a Golden lift chair from SM about 3-4 years ago. They glafdly and immediately refunded after the fact some of my purchase price. As I recall it was for sales tax after I submitted an MD statement. i have now purchased a power chair from SM. Once again SM came through. The first chair did not perform as I anticipated so they gladly replaced it with another model. It is so easy to work with SM.
