Installed a new MOTOKY carburetor on my recently purchased 2006 Honda TRX 400EX. I got it cheap because the previous owner had problems with the carburetor. Spent hours fixing the stock carburetor but had broken parts. Definitely put a new carburetor in and it started right away. Had trouble getting stuck on a test drive so decided I had to pump. After I removed the airbox, I saw again that the air flap was on. Thought it was the other way around. Reassembled and everything worked perfectly. Blasting is not required. My 400 is bone stuff so no mods yet. Happy tourist.
