I love these skates so much I had to write another review. I would like to point out that they show normal wear and tear over time. I'm rough with my quads. I ended up ordering a toe protector for my skates because I was starting to tear my front toes. It's my fault for the way I drive. In terms of durability, they are no different from running shoes. You can see the difference between the two photos I added. So plan ahead and stock up on things that your skates and you can craft. In reviews, people complain about tight wheels. A simple adjustment with a socket wrench and the skates will be fine. I added WD40 for faster spin. Without padding on the bottom of the skates, you will get blisters. So add a pad. I have some from the dollar store and they work great. On a good day I spend 3 to 6 hours skating. I recommend them. If you're a beginner, take it slow and learn to balance for the outside elements. The wind will throw you off balance. I've found skating on gray pavement to be easier than skating on pavement. I added a cut hair tie to the skate to support the tongue. The skates are great and beautiful. I'm in my 40s so you can enjoy them even if you're older. I added a video of one of my tricks. I worked on it for about a month, my fall forward caused the front of the skate to break, again it's my fault :) 👍
