Terrible experience. It came with a dent but it was on the outside which should have been at the back of my father-in-law's house so we popped in and installed it. Installation was difficult because the instructions were terrible. In any case, we connected it after a hard installation. The fan blew but there was no cold air and there was never any compressor noise. Left it for a day to be sure and they have told me it still doesn't cool the air. Came back and checked and I basically installed a 105lb fan in her window. Still no cool air. Will have to return. Revain was at least good at it being back in 30 days, but it's a waste of time and energy. I would suggest making a purchase like this from your local PC Richard store or other local hardware store.
