This is a very easy to use pasta tool. Instead of having three separate applications. . . There is only one. . . and all three roll at the same time. The leaf roller is in the middle. Wide front pad and thin back pad. If you're like me . . you don't read the instructions. . . hahaha. . . you learn too late when it comes to cutting pasta. . . You need to change the grip to the number 8 no matter how thick you make the sheets. Unless. . . like me. . . then the machine will not cut the paste. This is a good pasta roll. . . and it works fine. . .But. . ... It is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company. At the current price of more than a hundred dollars. . . it's insanely expensive. If you don't mind a manual pasta machine. . . You can get one for less than forty dollars. But of course this "automatic" makes it much easier than the "manual".
