My Disappointing Experience with LANLEO and the Case of "Lost in Translation "

As someone who has always had a strong interest in fashion, I couldn't wait to check out LANLEO. On the other hand, as a foreigner, I discovered that I was quickly lost in translation. The website was difficult to traverse, with categories that were not clear, and descriptions that were not translated very well. When I went to the store, I couldn't decide whether I wanted to purchase a blouse or a toaster oven. However, the most disappointing aspect was when my purchase finally arrived. The garments did not look anything like the photographs that were posted online, and the sizing was completely off. I placed an order for a pair of shoes that were supposed to be my size, but when they arrived, they were so cramped that I wasn't even able to get my big toe into them. My attempts to return the items were greeted with even more confusion on the part of the customer service representatives. The instructions for returning the item were inadequately translated, and I was responsible for paying to have it shipped back to China. It was an experience that was both exasperating and costly. In general, I would not suggest LANLEO to anyone who is not already comfortable communicating in Chinese. Because of the language barrier, navigating the website and returning things is nearly impossible. In addition, the products themselves are of a poor quality. Try not to give yourself a backache and go shopping somewhere else instead.
