Compact belly lining for smaller soft hooves.

I think this might come in handy for small rasps on soft feet. My horse's legs were too hard and I couldn't use it. Maybe a regular forge rasp gives more leverage. It's easy to hold and definitely pocket-sized. Spicy. But then again, I don't have the upper body strength to do this job as well as it could. Probably better for finishing touches.
