Review on SmartComment by Michael Boyce

I like that it's easy to use, has good features (such as emailing people directly from your comment) which are very important in my line of work - marketing! Also their customer service team was extremely helpful when we had issues with our account during an update period last year; they were able fix those problems quickly so all went well again after some back end changes made by them this past July/August time frame or thereabouts now where you can see what happened at any given point within recent history if one wants access tooo :). It would be nice though maybe add more flexibility into how many times users could post each day instead just once per hour but overall great product otherwise!!
