This multifunctional thermal transfer machine is suitable for almost everything from shirts to hats and mugs. It's too hard for me as I was just thinking about making some family t-shirts when I got this. It's like using an oven where you have to wait for it to heat up and then push it down at will for a certain number of seconds. At first I just pressed the vinyl onto the T-shirts with an iron. This advanced machine seems to me to be for the extreme hobbyist or professional shirt maker. For this reason I only award 4 out of 5 stars because it is so heavy! The parts aren't heavy when disassembled, but generally a heat press machine, this beast doesn't move easily. I'm all for light and easy-to-carry items, so while they don't look that heavy in the product description, they are actually very heavy when delivered.
