Review on Emergency Portable Flashlight Household 097 Orange by Damon Blazis

Great little radio: Radio

Radio MUST be charged upon receipt. Checked after loading. The AM sound isn't the best, but I don't usually hear it. The FM sound is good for a radio of this size. The weather radio works, but I haven't tested whether it switches to the weather in the event of a weather warning. It uses three AAA batteries. Why 3 and why not AA? It has neither Bluetooth nor a headphone jack. There are no station presets, but it does remember the last AM, FM and weather stations it was tuned to. All in all this is a good radio for what I bought it for ie power outages. It's small enough that I can pack it in my suitcase when I travel. I have another weather radio with AM. FM, Weather that simply monitors the weather and turns on when the alarm sounds. The other radio also has a clock and alarm (digital) so the new radio doesn't get used as much unless I turn it off. This radio does not contain SAME, therefore an alarm will sound for any warning in the transmission range. My other radio has the SAME, so I only hear alerts for the areas I've selected. Edit: We had the weather last weekend and it's turning on. The alarm is LOUDDER than my other radio.
