Fairly easy installation, I did it without a lift, just a jack and stands. You'll need a spring compressor to rotate the cylinder on the post 180 degrees to either side, and the bottom bolts on the posts are difficult to remove, so be prepared to wrestle with them a bit. When it comes to turning the cylinder on the post I recommend lubricating the rubber underneath with a good penetrating oil that is safe for the rubber after the spring has been compressed. There are many good videos online on how to do this. I made sure the hex bolts are coated red when you insert them into the spacers so they don't come out when you need to remove the brace. Unless you're mechanically inclined or don't have tools, I'd recommend calling local shops and seeing if they can do it for you. My local shop would only cost $200 to install a lift and level the truck.
