The LEDs are on pins 17 and 30 and turn on when the pins are low - weird

See a few other posts on how to use this board for running brings. I suspect some people who think it's bricked up don't realize that the LEDs aren't on pin 13 like they are on the Uno. Install the Arduino IDE, select the Leonardo board and the correct port, open the flashing sample code and change the LED pin definition to pin 17. and/or 30. Note that these LEDs will light up when the pin status is LOW. This is strange to me. Caused a lot of confusion when the buttons work. (The Arduino is usually connected to a pull-down resistor, and the buttons pull the pin high. Writing the button's state to one of the LED pins will invert the LED's behavior.) Also, if you use this on a Keyboard emulator you need to plug the board in at the time of compiling the code to catch the board at the right time during the boot process. Otherwise, it will connect to your computer like a keyboard and the bootloader will be locked. It would be safer to have some sort of mode switch or jumper to enable the keyboard.
