I started using this after using Original Amino Energy for years. i love this stuff I only take two scoops and that's enough for me. No compulsions but vigilance, focus and constant energy. I'll even eat it early in the morning before I go horseback riding. If it had cheered me up, she would have eaten right away. I do not like coffee. This is basically my morning coffee. It's great that it can be dosed in three stages! A light lift, a morning jog, or a hard workout. The versatility of this product is very convenient.
