Very difficult to move on low-pile carpets. A hard floor brush is good.
Good suction power, the best we've seen in a canister. Cleans hard floors well, the hard floor brush is good - wide and fits snugly against the wall - BUT the turbo nozzle is surprisingly very difficult to push over low-pile carpet, it takes a lot of strength to move (two hands and less suction). This is on a low pile carpet. The manual and various online videos do not provide any information about this problem. The volume control doesn't seem to make any difference, especially the "Ear" setting for "power saving" supposedly quiet mode doesn't make a difference in volume. Came with only a duster. It seems like a $400 vacuum should come with a HEPA bag instead of giving you a cheap bag that forces you to buy an aftermarket HEPA bag. Every new vacuum I've bought or bought in the last 20 years has come with a HEPA bag. Why does the consumer NOT want a HEPA bag? Not suitable for carpets, ideal for bare floors.
