Review on Smart bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 2, black by Athit Eakapapan ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice price, good quality.

Now this model is outdated and no one will buy it, but I will write a review anyway. She suits me in general. I use it for notifications from the phone, I left only the vibration on the phone. I don't jump at every call. And I use it as an alarm clock, since this does not require a permanent connection. It wakes up very softly and pleasantly, unless of course the hand is under the head, then it buzzes right into the ear. But it's better than bouncing in the morning from a sudden beep. I tried many third-party straps, but they did not surpass the original in terms of softness and silkiness. I don’t use a pedometer, calorie meter, heart rate monitor, so, for the sake of interest, I’ll look sometimes. Funny thing - a reminder of the dangers of long sitting, sometimes I obey it. The Mi Fit app has sleep schedules and you can train the bracelet for different scenarios (running, cycling, driving, etc.) - why wasn't it trained at the factory? A good gadget, thanks to him, it's time to switch to new models, the screen is too dim. Can be used at home as a silent alarm clock if you don't want to wake your partner.

Pros
  • + Long battery life + Minimalistic design + Monochrome display + Easy to connect with your phone
Cons
  • - The screen could be made bigger, it consumes little - To charge, you need to remove it from the strap (although you need to do this very rarely) - Notifications from some applications do not have an icon, it just says App - Auto-show time when raising your hand does not always work - Can't keep screen always on - Does not display Cyrillic when calling / SMS - You can not turn off the bluetooth, or at least hide the device from others after pairing with a smartphone - Screen brightness dimmed over time
