Review on ๐Ÿงน Camco RV Adjustable Broom and Dustpan: Telescoping Handle, Ideal for RV, Marine & Home Use (43623) by Chris Wagner

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Three tries, all failures.

So I bought this broom 3 times in the last month. be damaged, but the product is new. Thus, the packaging is shredded when entering and exiting the box for the first time. Cool, that's to be expected. But a large chunk broke off the shovel and the broom was clearly used. Used a lot. The bristles were worn very badly to the point that they were worn down by more than an inch. Also, the broom head locks and the plastic lock were broken halfway down the "knob". Okay, request a return for a replacement. The next one is coming and is clearly used up. This time, too, his button is completely broken. The head couldn't stay in place. It spun around and rendered it useless. Of course, whoever brings them back to the warehouse does not check anything before certifying them as new. Request a return for a refund. Order a broom in "new" condition. New replacement comes with damaged packaging. and CLEARLY used again. Its bristles are worn out and the broom is literally garbage. The handle also scratches a lot. All photos posted are of this "new" replacement. This third broom works fine but has clearly been used which confuses me a bit. I won't be returning it because I think I'm out of luck and I'm definitely tired of walking around with this thing. Now I like the broom. It's a good design, well thought out and suits my application (in a camper) very well. It folds very compactly and can be used. Be careful with the fastener head, it is made of fragile material and is clearly the weakest link. It has a button that locks the head in different places. That's the part that's broken in the two "used" versions. I really like the design, I wish the button was better but I regret this purchase.
