Bought for the office. The call was too loud and didn't get quieter. The ringtone was extremely unprofessional and could not be changed unless you assigned specific numbers to it. None of the calls (missed, answered or dialed) could be deleted. There was no user manual in the box and when I tried to find one online the company's website didn't list any products for sale. NOBODY! This alone looks suspicious. I wouldn't buy it or use it again even if it was free. I bought a new office kit and will never use this company again.
