Review on SRAM Rear Derailleur Black Long by Andrew Young

Excellent switch! I bought a used Schwinn highwood from a local store and had terrible shifting for a few weeks before deciding to change it. Combined with the Sram index derailleur (this derailleur requires a 1:1 gear ratio derailleur which I was unaware of at first) I am now more than happy with my rides to work! I have to climb a small hill to get there and I couldn't hold a gear let alone shift when I was pedaling hard, but now it's so crisp and fast that I don't even think I'm just shifting . And for the money (only about $60 for an exchange) it's a great deal considering my used bike is brand new again! Can't tell how long it will last if mishandled, but I don't ride trails anyway. Will receive guard to be safe
