The battery works well, it didn't run out in 20 minutes

I really enjoyed using this vacuum cleaner, I gave 3 stars because it does its job, the suction power The power is very good, but the battery barely lasts 20 minutes on a full charge. Very disappointed. We are thinking of returning. To update. As far as I know, it turned off when I moved. The battery works fine. Update Less than a month since I ordered this vacuum cleaner it started losing suction, initially I loved using this vacuum cleaner. But now I'm very disappointed. I have one more day to return.
