I wanted to assemble this before the start of winter I was worried that if I couldn't assemble it and ran into problems it would spoil my plan but I was pleased to see that assembly was pretty easy. . Doesn't need anyone's help. It is very durable which gives confidence when driving. I put it in the basement in front of the tv, it gives more personal time with no deviation. The product works great and I can enjoy my TV too. It grips the bike tightly and holds it perfectly. I recommend putting a non-slip mat underneath to give the concrete base more grip. Overall this is a great product and I am happy that it is reasonably priced, usable and has worked great for us.
