It's as quiet as Noctua but costs a little less. The only downside is that the CFM is slightly lower than the cheaper 92mm Noctua so they are perfect for top or front case fans but don't have a single rear vent if you have a powerful CPU that gets hot and only 1 fan used. At the moment I only buy German or Austrian fans. Also, I have a 4-pin PWM that fits perfectly into the 3-pin outlet pin on my Dell XPS 8700 case. Somehow the Dell mobo does a great job of controlling the fan speed even though it's only a 3-pin connector.
