Strengthen straps!
As you work, you often have to tighten the straps on the apron when it starts to sag. If too much pressure is applied to the straps when adjusting, they may pull loose from the seams of the apron. If you can slip a few reinforcement stitches (sewing skill) over the junction of the shoulder straps and apron, they work great. Otherwise they can break out of the original seam when readjusting.
