Ordered on April 11th, first use on April 15th. Broke on April 19th. When I first received it, the quality seemed poor. The zipper seemed very flimsy but I didn't think anything of it at the time as I figured it was a Jansport, it would hold! We've only used it for a small Chromebook in a protective case, a writing pad and a couple of binders, and a 10-ounce baby water bottle in the water bottle pocket. I've been using Jansport my whole life. That was enough for several classes when I was at school. To say I was very disappointed with this purchase is an understatement. The color is great, just what my kid wanted, but unfortunately we are not using this backpack at the moment until I spend more money on it to fix the zipper. Didn't expect that. Save money guys, go to a sporting goods store if you are looking for a better quality backpack.
