I used it in my first computer build so I tried to make most of my components a little cheaper including this one. In general, the water pump isn't that bad. I haven't done extensive testing, but it works well enough for what I'm using it for. For almost 8 hours of continuous playing Destiny 2 my CPU stays at around 42C. The only issue I had was the acrylic backing in the pump body itself. As you can see there are scratches just below the ENERMAX logo. I spoke to customer service about Revain and they sent me a new part so I could replace it myself. I would be very happy if the item is true to size. I've also included a picture of the old acrylic backing (shorter) and the new backing (taller). When I installed a new part without realizing it was the wrong size, the water pump stopped working and my computer shut down due to overheating. After figuring out what was wrong, I contacted customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do. The scratches aren't too noticeable from a distance, so it doesn't bother me that much. Although it works well enough for me.
