Great customer service

I had a few pushbuttons where the rubber button had worn off. Sado tech support promptly contacted me and followed up with replacement buttons. Nice product but the rubber membrane button needs to be reworked. I would recommend this product.

works well, easy to install ,goes to all receivers

Cons

The ET Black Crosspoint Add-On Remote Transmitter Button is not compatible with all wireless doorbell alert systems, limiting its functionality for consumers who may already have a different brand/model of doorbell
