Annoying beeps, strange readings, illegible manual

Starts beeping randomly several times an hour even if the temperature is within normal limits. Management is terrible. A true masterpiece of complicating what should be simple. One side looks good, the other behaves strangely - at first I thought it was a bad sensor, but when I swapped it out that wasn't the problem. The temperature displayed jumps from a reasonable number for a fridge, say about 45 degrees Fahrenheit, to 32 degrees Fahrenheit immediately and then stops at 32. If it were actually 32 everything in my fridge would be frozen, so the reading is definitely wrong. , and while the description says it stores up to 60 alarm events per sensor, there's no mention that it deletes alarm records after 96 hours. Want to know if your freezer went offline last week? It won't help. If you can find another device that does the same thing in a reasonable price range, buy it. (ARCH! He beeps again! WHY?)
