Disclaimer: I haven't owned a collar for a long time and haven't tested it outside or in inclement weather. I was convinced we would have to return it because we didn't know we could adjust or tighten it via the light bar. We were afraid it would damage the light bar but it seems ok PROS: Price Colors Size Lights up Different light colors Rechargeable CONS: A little clunky and heavy and maybe a bit uncomfortable for a small dog OVERALL: So far It's worth it I'm satisfied with that and will update if anything changes, but so far so good!
