Review on 📺 Enhance Your Home Theater Network with ACTIONTEC Coax Network Adapter (ECB3500T01) by Hurst Batiste

Using three ECB3500T01 ACTIONTEC coaxial home theater network adapters in a daisy-chained RG59 coaxial system in my vintage 1990 home, I was able to get between 179 and 192 Mbps (measured with the free NetWorx bandwidth monitoring tool) for both boot, and to boot the DVD ISO file from my QNAP TS-469L NAS system via Windows 7 file transfer. I am using 3GHz ports and a single 3GHz bidirectional splitter in daisy chain instead of the old pre-digital 900- MHz devices and uses RG6 extension cables to connect the wall adapter to the MoCA. I also don't have any other signals running on this isolated piece of RG59 coax at home. I tried adding a second 2-way splitter but it turned out to be a big loss for the rear adapter, so I think this model of adapter has less signal strength than my old ACTIONTEC ECB2500C adapters. The ECB2500C adapters I've used in the past have had no problem transmitting data at 100Mbps through two splitters, using an additional two-way splitter to mix the signal from the external HDTV antenna. I estimate the end-to-end distance between the office upstairs and the entertainment room downstairs in a RG59 coax house with a daisy chain in the wall to be about 100 feet. If you have a newer home build RG6 cable with Star Coax topology, you shouldn't have a problem getting the best performance from these adapters wherever you use them.
