I like that it is easy for one person or several people at once manage their trips in this format. It also helps when there are many different tasks required of employees who don't necessarily know each other well so we all remain organized without having to rely solely upon managers. If any thing were ever changed about how things work (i.e., creating an opportunity or new service) then everyone would not be able to continue using them as easily even though some changes might require additional training/education. Being able to collaborate easier than if done by email alone has been very helpful especially since our office space isn’t large enough to accommodate meetings between team members and customers which could happen during regular business hours.
