This makes managing your workforce seamless! I dislike how it can be difficult for users without specific training in certain areas (payroll calculations or advanced reports), but these are usually easy enough fixes once you've identified them as problems. If someone isn't sure what they need from this product then we recommend having an initial meeting/training session where our consultants walk through each function individually. Our organisation uses several other products so being able to consolidate some processes saves us money by reducing redundancies elsewhere.
