It's very user friendly, it has all of our payroll needs plus an easy to use employee self service portal that allows employees access their pay information anywhere they have internet or phone connection! It has many different functions to help with all aspects of HR, payroll processing, time tracking etc. This makes managing your workforce seamless! I dislike how it can be difficult for users without specific training in certain areas (payroll calculations or advanced reports), but these are usually easy enough fixes once you've identified them as problems. I like that it allows me to track everything in one place, which makes my job easier because there are fewer things for me to do at once. It's also very easy to use with an intuitive interface. The only thing I don't like about this program is that sometimes when you're trying to search something specific within your database of information it can be difficult to find what you need.
