The ability to integrate with other applications like Practice Fusion, Xignite, and my billing system has saved us so much time in tracking our workflows for our medical providers. I cannot say enough good things about this product! It makes everything we need available and easy to use at any time. I wish they had more customization options but it's not bad overall. We have used their software since 2015 and haven't found anything wrong with it. They are very responsive and always willing to help you if needed. Our business needs improved electronic communication of patient information between medical providers and staff. Before using eDocComplly, we were able to track progress through emails sent out by clinic managers.
