Great Software Solution that Reduced Staff Turnover

The easy drag and drop process of the software allows for a user friendly experience. The features are easy to navigate and customize to fit the needs of the practice. The reporting feature is not as robust as it could be. For example, the reporting is not granular enough and does not offer a robust dashboard to allow for analysis of patient flows and revenue for a given date range. Great customer service & fantastic solution

The ability to integrate with other applications like Practice Fusion, Xignite, and my billing system has saved us so much time in tracking our workflows for our medical providers. I cannot say enough good things about this product! It makes everything we need available and easy to use at any time. I wish they had more customization options but it's not bad overall. Great for Billing Process Management

The system is easy to use and it allows me to access all of my patient records across all my medical offices in one place. I don’t think I have any dislikes. We use eDOC to run our billing practices and it has worked very well. Using multiple computers is hard. If I switch computers, I have to log into each computer separately (and sync up with a master password). Great for paperless record keeping and filing

The best feature of this software I have found so far has been its ability to pull information from different systems in my organization simultaneously without having any issues! This also helps organize our records with no issue at all even when we are missing certain pages or other documents (which happens fairly often).
