The easy drag and drop process of the software allows for a user friendly experience. The features are easy to navigate and customize to fit the needs of the practice. The reporting feature is not as robust as it could be. The ability to integrate with other applications like Practice Fusion, Xignite, and my billing system has saved us so much time in tracking our workflows for our medical providers. The system is easy to use and it allows me to access all of my patient records across all my medical offices in one place. I don’t think I have any dislikes. We use eDOC to run our billing practices and it has worked very well. Using multiple computers is hard. If I switch computers, I have to log into each computer separately (and sync up with a master password). The best feature of this software I have found so far has been its ability to pull information from different systems in my organization simultaneously without having any issues!
