The easy drag and drop process of the software allows for a user friendly experience. The features are easy to navigate and customize to fit the needs of the practice. The reporting feature is not as robust as it could be. For example, the reporting is not granular enough and does not offer a robust dashboard to allow for analysis of patient flows and revenue for a given date range. We are able to manage patient flows and revenue for a given date range. The ease of use and the robust reporting feature has allowed us to identify patterns and trends in the patient flow and revenue management. I like how easy it was to use! It allows me to manage my schedule easily with reminders and notifications. The user interface could be improved upon but this has been addressed in recent updates. We were able to implement this software quickly without any issue or issues at all. This helped us reduce our staff turnover rate by over 50% which saved money. Also, we had less errors on patient files since there are fewer people touching them now.
