The system is easy to use and it allows me to access all of my patient records across all my medical offices in one place. I don’t think I have any dislikes. We use eDOC to run our billing practices and it has worked very well. Using multiple computers is hard. If I switch computers, I have to log into each computer separately (and sync up with a master password). Having this information centrally stored allows us to focus more on providing outstanding customer service during business hours. I like how easy it is to use and navigate through. It has helped us streamline our processes which in turn helps us run efficiently. The interface could be more user friendly. We have not been able to implement all of its features yet but we are getting there. It does help to manage our billing process better than what we were doing before. It allows us to track patient flow and communicate with them easier and faster.
