In short, this is a great laptop. It can run most games on high settings (like Monster Hunter), some on ultra (like The Witcher 3), and after a RAM upgrade, nothing I put my bet on causes lag. The keyboard and screen are very nice. I upgraded the RAM from 8 to 32 and have yet to find that it lags no matter what I add to it. I'm no computer expert but I think I made the best of it, the highest quality at the lowest price. I have recommended it to friends and those who have received it have been blown away. If there's something wrong with your laptop, send it back because it's designed to work perfectly. Just for reference, a few games I've played on it run buttery smooth on high and ultra settings: The Witcher 3Monster Hunter WorldGTA VCode Vein Regarding what some other reviewers have said about the fan being too loud, just press Fn+ F5 to switch to silent mode. Too slow to play? Press it again to switch to performance or turbo mode. If you play with him, I recommend wearing headphones, otherwise the fans will be annoying. Wear a headset, you won't even notice the fans.
