Not impressed. The description says leather but it looks cheap. Its center is nylon but feels odder spongy/rubber than I expected. My expectations weren't very high considering the price, but I don't trust my dog with this collar - I have a feeling it could burst at any moment. I do not recommend. UPDATE: My dog decides to go for a squirrel walk and the metal loop that the leash connects to broke and my dog took off like a rocket. More than an hour to return it. Worst collar ever made. avoid like the plague. I'm just glad he's back.
