Lumpy and Grainy for Paint

Not sure I have a bad lot but this paint is lumpy and grainy as if the powder was used but not fully mixed. I've tried blending it but still no luck. Green, orange and yellow light up, but none of the others. The red is more like the pink that I need the most. I don't recommend it at all.

This stuff glows for a few seconds and some darker colors do not glow at all with full sunlight
