It was well made and durable. This is Kurt, so if I ever need to replace the latch, I can do that. The only issue I had was misalignment between one set of mounting holes and the trailer tongue holes. To be honest, the misalignment of the holes could have been my trailer, not necessarily the hitch. No problem, put the first screws in and then use the clutch holes as a guide to drill new holes in the tongue.
