This product is fantastic. Very well made heavy duty plastic with raised letters and a pocket in the box for my name/address. I wrote to the TSA inquiring about onboard access for my cpap machine. I received an official reply that my CPAP is considered a basic medical device and that I can take it on board free of charge. There the rules were explained to me to take the car through the technical inspection of the automatic attendant with minimal problems. Part of the whole process is clearly identifying the device as a medical device, hence the baggage tag. I also laminated TSA's response and put it in my cpap tote bag in case someone needs to check the law. In this case GOOD WORK TSA, GOOD WORK TAG MANUFACTURER SHACKE. After all, I never wrote my address on any of my luggage tags. I consider this a security risk. Instead, I use my business card with my cell phone number, email address, and office address.
