Easy to use and helpful staff- my review about American eBox
The web site is very user friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and great to work with. I like the ability to change the address online and not have to send it in for a change of address or PO Box. I am trying to use the service as a second home address for receiving packages from Amazon. I like the service and will continue to use it, but the only thing I dislike is the PO Box fee. I like that I can just use the web site to change my address. The ability to forward mail internationally is great, but not all countries are supported by their service as of yet (the ones that I am looking at anyway). It's quite expensive when compared with other services out there such Dropbox or WeTransfer so be sure you're getting your money worth before committing yourself fully - it can get pretty costly if they start adding additional features for an even higher price than what we pay now which has been fine up until this point in time.
- Ability to edit information via phone call support instead of having someone come directly into office was nice! Very few issues reported through our usage thus far.only 1 minor issue occurred since launch date last year..all dealt quickly though after initial reporting process took place)
