After installing this block we found that it was leaking in the bottom seam. The firewall extension tube brackets were not square and I had to round the holes in the firewall to make adjustments and of course by the time I got around to installing it it was past its return date so it's mine now. I've installed several heater cores in various cars, so this isn't my first rodeo. I bought one locally and the installation was great. If you buy one of these TYC blocks be sure to look at the mounting plates, I noticed that locally the TYC blocks were not square. I took another brand, everything was fine. Hope this helps someone.
