Review on πŸ”Œ Bussmann NO.95BK 95 ATC/ATR Bulk Fuse Assortment: Powerful Protection for Every Electrical Need by Justin Rashid

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good choices are Pacific (PEC) fuses and Buss fuses in the Cooper box.

Wide range of automotive fuses. PEC, Pacific brand ATC fuses, made in Japan. Check out the micro-engraving on the top of each fuse, and each one says Pacific. ATR has BUSS at the top. I assume Cooper will buy fuses as best he can, subject to price and availability. After reading another review, fakes etc. I was curious if they lived up to the specs. I took a 5A fuse from one of the Bussmann kits we bought together and placed it on my desktop power supply. I set it to 5 amps and it didn't burst. Curious, I pulled out the manufacturer's datasheet and saw that the spec's indefinite time is about 6.2 amps at 5A. I increased the supply current to 7 amperes and it burst after 2-3 seconds, as indicated in the passport. So the 5A fuse behaved as expected. Not interested in sacrificing more fuses to check every review.

Pros
  • Assortment of fuses
Cons
  • Not all fit
