I sweat a lot and when I cook in the summer I sweat more than a person should. I can ride for quite a while before they fog up which is great for me. Most lenses instantly fog up when my sauna-like face gets close to them. They darken quickly and I haven't experienced any eyestrain from using them. I got a little burned in the sun welding the bottom of my jeep with it, but it was my fault and lack of sanity. I had an issue with the first set I bought and the seller promptly replaced it with no questions asked. I would highly recommend these goggles and will buy a pair with my own money to use on the job.
