I received and installed this ceiling mount yesterday. For the price, I think it's great value for money. A few things you should know about the product listed below. The build quality is excellent. It feels very solid and I like that it spins freely once installed. The instructions provided were poor (very small text) but provided a URL that I just didn't look at. I like the bracket cover on the ceiling. This makes it look "more finished" instead of showing the open bracket (which I think is ugly). This mount has very limited tilt and pan adjustments (ie front/back and side to side) and you will need an Allen wrench to do this every time you want to make an adjustment. It took me a few hours to install it on the ceiling and it had more to do with finding studs to mount it than actually spending time screwing in the bracket etc. Note: I installed this myself with no help. The way the mounting plate was designed worked well for my TV (a 17lb 40in Samsung); I would doubt the TV weighed much more based on the features listed here. The mounting plate is attached to the TV. (It has 200x200 and 100x100 VESA mounting holes. Simply screw the plate to the TV and lift it over the swing arm on the bracket. There are 3 (three) screws to attach the TV to the bracket. The top two holes are exposed (i.e. lower the stands and tighten the screws so you simply lift and hold the TV while the third (bottom) is closed and you screw in to secure it firmly against the You can adjust the height with the preset Drill holes with the included For the price I haven't seen anything that compares so I would definitely recommend the mount unless you need maximum flexibility and/or your TV will probably fixed in place and not moving much it definitely suits my needs and I am very happy with this purchase.
