The old shoe is also 0.75 inches in diameter. The instructions say they can be stacked on top of each other, but mine broke and I really didn't like the idea. This pad is fine as a factory replacement, but for front end alignment I would recommend a 1.75" Daystar spacer which will give you 1" of lift.
