The device itself is very attractive, so I give it 3 stars. From there everything goes down. The supplied faucet water hoses do not fit standard domestic/USA hot water faucets. After visiting 2 plumbing stores and trying unsuccessfully (they didn't have fittings to make it work) we were finally able to get a replacement set from Menards. If we didn't know the employee personally, it would take him 2 weeks to order a special set. We also couldn't plug the drain into a wall outlet, again because the size is different than the average American household. My husband is an irrigator so he had drainage fittings that worked. I have tried to reach Renovator's delivery service but it is very difficult to reach them. The woman wanted to check it for me and call me back but I have not received an answer yet. There is one more thing worth mentioning. The washbasin is fixed to the wall and once installed according to the specifications, it becomes very unstable. I wouldn't trust this sink if someone relied on it completely. We bought two 1/2" x 24" towel rails and some rubber feet and reinforced them with homemade feet. It actually doesn't look that bad. So if you have the know-how and resources, the sink looks very nice. Otherwise, the buyer is careful.
