I've wanted a set like this for a long time but just couldn't get hold of it. It turned out that this set was a good choice. The main reason I chose this Neiko kit was that it includes an 8IPR bit. Most other kits only work up to 10 IPR, but I need access to small seat belt buckles that require 8 IPR. The body looks good and doesn't feel "Chinese", the bits are well shaped and finely ground and have hardly withstood much abuse so far :) Undoubtedly there are better quality kits (for a much higher price) but for weekly ones I would rate workshop use very highly.
