Very Disappointed: Household Items
I had one when they first came out and it was great. However, this product is not. The mop head and handle do not align properly when you start rotating it. I bent and pushed the bar straight up so it was in line with the mop head. It's as if it's stuck between the swivel mounts on the mop head. I would have sent it back but the box was destroyed before I noticed the problem. I will contact Revain and see if they will return the original packaging or be willing to refund my credit. I do not recommend this product.
