Good Ruler!: Sewing

The ruler does exactly what it promises. My problem is that I'm easily mistaken when using a ruler on fabric - not necessarily a ruler problem! It would be easier to use properly if the white and black lines on it were swapped. However, I solved my problem by putting a strip of painter's tape on the ruler to help me determine the line I should be using!
